As an early Twitter user I realized Twitter was going to be hot, so I grabbed the Mozy Twitter account from a squatter and got permission to start tweeting for the company.

Using a variety of tactics like contests, expedited support, and old-fashioned genuine engagement, I grew the account from 0 to 6,200+ followers in 8 months. My work was recognized by the Social Media Club (Utah Chapter) with a Social Media Award for "Best Use of Twitter."
